Your information

What I collect. When you send a request, I receive your name, the email or phone number you give me, the details of what you'd like, any image or logo you attach, and anything you write in the prayer box.

Where it goes. Requests arrive through Netlify, the service that hosts this site, and are emailed to me. Only I can see them. I don't sell or share your information, and I don't use it for anything except replying to you and making your order.

Prayer requests. Anything you share in the prayer box is read only by me. I don't share it with anyone, and I don't mention it unless you bring it up first.

Your photos and logos. I use what you upload only to make your order. I won't post your photos or designs anywhere without asking you first.

Removing your information. Email me and I'll delete your request and anything you attached.

Artwork and logos

I can't print copyrighted material, brand logos or licensed artwork without permission from whoever owns them. For church, school or team logos, please make sure you're allowed to use them before you send them to me. If you're not sure, ask and we'll figure it out together.

Ordering and payment

I'm not taking online payments yet. You send a request, I reply with a price and when it can be ready, and you see a mockup of your design before anything is made. Once you approve the mockup, I'll confirm your total, including any shipping or delivery, and ask for full payment before I begin. I accept Venmo, Zelle, cash and checks.

Most orders are finished within about two weeks of payment, but it can vary with the product, the size of the order, what materials I have on hand and the time of year, so I'll give you an estimate with your quote. If you need your order by a specific date, please say so in your request.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order any time before I start making it. Once I've started printing, pressing or personalizing your item, it can't be cancelled, because it's been made just for you.

Please look over your mockup carefully. Because each item is made just for you, I can't take returns for a change of mind, or for spelling, wording or design details that were approved in the final mockup. If something's off, tell me before you approve it and I'll fix it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the mockup you approved because of a mistake on my end, I'll replace it or refund you. Just email me within 7 days of receiving it with a photo of the problem.

Shipping, pickup and delivery

I offer shipping, free local pickup and free local delivery. Shipping is based on the size, weight and destination of your order, and it's included in your quote before you pay. Local pickup and delivery are free and depend on where you are and scheduling; we'll work out the details when your order is ready.

Pricing

The prices in the shop are starting prices. Your final price depends on the design, the size of the item and how many you need, and you'll have it in writing before you approve anything or pay. Ordering several of the same item usually brings the price down, so ask about bulk pricing for groups and events.
